European technology, sovereign by construction

esedrIA is not an application layer built on non-EU infrastructure. Every component of the stack — hosting, payments, AI models, federation — is chosen so your customers' conversational data never leaves Europe.

The architecture is federated, not centralised: each brand runs on its own dedicated Matrix homeserver, with its own configuration and isolated data. There is no shared database where every brand's conversations transit. This removes lock-in and cross-data exposure at the root.

Payments run through Fabrick (Banca Sella group), a European PSD2 gateway. The language models are European open source LLMs, aligned with AI Act requirements. Hosting is on OVHcloud, an EU sovereign cloud. The result: a fully European, verifiable and compliant technology chain.
