These terms govern the use of esedria.eu by Binarycode S.r.l.s.

1. Subject

esedria.eu is the showcase website for the esedrIA platform — European sovereign agentic commerce. Its purpose is informational and to collect applications for the Early Adopter programme (closed beta 2026). It is not a transactional platform.

2. Beta Disclaimer

Early Adopter programme in closed beta phase. Pilot brand selection at the Controller's discretion. No contractual obligation arises from form submission.

3. Intellectual property

All content (text, logos, design) is the property of Binarycode S.r.l.s. The esedrIA logo and wordmark are SIAE-protected.

4. Limitation of liability

Binarycode S.r.l.s. is not liable for indirect damages arising from website use.

5. Governing law

Italian law. Exclusive jurisdiction: Court of Rome.
